will be to provide short term services and supports based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to families and their children (up to age 18) who have a diagnosis within Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).  This position will report to the Manager of Children’s Services and will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst Clinical Supervisor.  Key Job ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and identify treatment goals independently for children/youth in the Yellow and Green categories of the Clinical Triage Stop Light System.Present assessment results, clinical recommendations and treatment reports to caregivers and community partners when appropriate.Provide coaching and support for group based clinical services.Provide clinical supervision to CYS clinicians independently for individual and group based services (Yellow and Green).Monitor and evaluate clinical treatment plans and update as necessary.Provide coaching and support to Caregivers, Community Partners, CYS Team Members, and Students.Collaborate with Community Partners and Interdisciplinary Team Members. Provide Brief Clinical Consultation Services.Provide Resource Consultation Services.Facilitate community connections, program registrations and referrals and share resources.Develop curriculum and resources for individual and group based treatment services, and recreational services.Develop resources and program materials.Maintain client records and complete documentation as required.Assist caregivers completing funding applications and reconciliation forms and program registration documentation.Write ABA Reports, Programs and Service Plans independently (Yellow, Green).Write ABA Reports, Programs and Service Plans with clinical supervision (Red).Lead facilitation of group based skill building intervention services with clinical supervision.Lead facilitation of group based behaviour reduction intervention services with clinical supervision.Support children/youth engaging in risk behaviour while remaining calm, neutral, and effectively using non-violent crisis intervention strategies..Provide individual ABA behaviour reduction treatment services with clinical supervision for children/youth in the Red category of the Clinical Triage Stop Light System.Provide individual ABA behaviour reduction treatment services for children/youth in the Yellow and Green categories of the Clinical Triage Stop Light System independently.Review service options with new referrals.Complete intake forms.Complete Quality Assurance Measures/Tools.Facilitates appropriate internal and community referrals.Develop and facilitate training opportunities for CYS staff, and Community Partners.Facilitate Caregiver and Children and Youth Workshops.Provide BCBA supervision hours.Actively participate in administrative team meetings.Collect and analyze data.Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions, creative ideas and recommendations for strengthening CYS.Comply with Bethesda policies and procedures relating to health and safety.Responsible for reporting all health and safety concerns immediately following the Internal Responsibility System.All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelors/Masters in Human Behaviour and/or Developmental Psychology.Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) preferred.At least 3 years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum DisorderSkills in the areas of Behavioural Assessment, Service Coordination, Counseling, and treatment planning with children and youth with Autism or developmental delay.Experience with providing parent education programs.Experience with providing training opportunities.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Valid Driver’s License.First Aid Training and CPR Certification.Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certified.Professional Communication Skills: professionally represents the company through strong communication skills,
