This includes shift work (days, afternoons, evenings), overnights, weekends, statutory holidays and call-ins.Successful candidates will possess the following:Experience and education in supporting people with developmental disabilitiesExperience supporting people with behavior challengesExperience supporting people who are medically fragileAvailability and flexibility to work a variety of shiftsExposure or experience with data collection and report writingAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong decision making and prioritizing skillsPassion and dedication in their workA Valid G2 Ontario driver’s license or higherMinimum of three (3) years driving experience AUD Vineland L0R
